Animal House

Sam and I thought we could use some more company around the house. It's been raining all week, we are freakin' bored, and with his work schedule Hubby has only been getting to see Sam awake for about 20 minutes before his bedtime each day. Not sure what we're going to do about this yet...

But until then, let me introduce...

EBONY AND IVORY

I really felt like I needed more to take care of. You know, a toddler and 2 cats - it just wasn't enough. But Sam likes to wave at them and look at them during his meals and since I now do all meals by myself I'm willing to do quite a bit to make them a little easier.

Sorry your schedule sucks! My love works an off shift and it is really hard to get used to.We only see him between 11am and 3pm and that is right in the middle of naptime.

Nice fish. :)

What a great idea! Avery loves the fish at the doctor's office, so maybe one day we will - nah! Too much work :)

I gave you a shout-out on my Wordless Wednesday too, by the way!

I have been thinking about getting a fish, Piers is allergic to everything so it's basically our only option pet-wise.
That's a hard schedule, I hope he has his weekends free with you guys! Take care of yourself, maybe fall will bring some more solid moms' groups. I found that many of them, here at least, took a break for summer.

Like the micro-aquarium. Now Sam has his own "ish". I am sure you will figure out some schedule to get Sam a little more time with Dad at the end of the day. Will take a little time though. Too bad about the rain during this last week of summmer.

Fish are pretty easy to take care off. The only pian in the rear is the changing of water and cleaning of tank! Sam looks like he's really enjoying the fish!

I'm sorry that is such a lousy schedule. I hope that sometime in the future it'll get better.

There is something about a kid and a fishtank. We had one until I became pregnant with T. We had to get rid of it. Now my kids watch my ultra-cool fish tank screen saver.

The time thing WILL get better. Just keep thinking that this is only temporary. It only sucks for now.
